Came in today to get my IPhone 15 Pro screen repaired. After assessing the phone, I was told that it was just the screen protector that was broken. The owner Abby showed me while he pulled off the prior screen protector and the glass was intact.
I don’t believe that all other companies would be entirely honest as he was. I feel they would charge for full glass restoration without it being necessary.
He was so openly honest, insightful, and educational of the best products to keep your phone safe. He even gave me a discount on the screen protector replacement. I decided to get a new phone case since he had so much inventory. He came from behind the counter and assisted me with the different options available. He told me about a case that had been on the market for so long that the manufacturer makes it in all models, including the newer phones coming out now. I gave it a shot, and received a discount on that as well.
My experience was wonderful. The honesty and knowledge shows that he is not just owning a business, but participating in it with his work, as well as being available without any securement of a purchase being made. Such a good guy! I am very happy with the few minutes I spent at the location, and now my phone feels brand new!
